2am wakeup, called Uber at 2:50, 5am flight, arrived Kahului at 12:30pm.  Picked up car (GMC Terrain that the lady let us have, despite no SUVs in emerald aisle).  Lunch from Da Kitchen in Kahului (Loco Moko plate lunch), checked into Marriott Wailua, swam in pool there.  Saw inflatable flamingo while trying the beach, but the ocean was too cold.
